Refund Policy

At Triowear.store, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

For exchanges, please contact our customer support with your order number and details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel

6. Late or Missing Refunds
